In general, we recommend using our social sharing buttons when possible. There's a few things we do that other extensions don't do by default, like searching for the best 'canonical' URL for each page. This helps reduce the chances that one Like button may split it's count across multiple pages. Additionally, we strip some common query string parameters (Google analytics tags, some Facebook parameters, and other things that a user may reach your page with). That, again, helps to make sure that the sharing buttons use the best URL.
With that said, those products are all really solid products and have pretty good integration for the social buttons already. If you want to use those, you shouldn't have any problems. Additionally, our features for emailing admins on new Facebook Likes or Comments generally should still work even with those buttons.
Bottom line, you likely won't go wrong with either solution. Of course, test and make sure you don't run into any problems with whatever you choose since you have the flexibility to choose.
I hope that helps answer your question, but should you need anything else from us, just let me know!
Thanks,
Alex
