When i share my page i publish on facebook the page with the old title and description (og:title, og:description). I recently changed it and i'd like to force facebook to change it. Is there an action i can do to get that.

Perfect. That's the proper way to get Facebook to update your cache immediately.. otherwise, you need to wait a few days for them to re-scan the page on their own.
