We were unable to retrieve your Facebook account information. Please try again.
My APP ID and Secret is correct.
I found this answer related to this issue during a search:
"The IP address from which you're trying to use the Facebook API from is blacklisted, because someone else using the same IP address has violated the Facebook API Terms of Service. Unfortunately there's little you can do about that. The only way to get it working again is to get another IP address. I don't know a thing about cloudaccess.net, so I can't give an indication of how hard that will be or if it is even possible. Another possibility would be to proxy your requests through another IP address, but that would probably require another hosting account somewhere else and a whole new level of infrastructure."

That information is probably not related to your issue. Having a blacklisted IP address isn't terribly common. It can happen on a shared server environment, in which case you could contact your hosting provider to obtain a different 'clean' IP address.

Before you do that though, I would try the following:
* Re-double check your App ID / Secret Key. I know you've done this, but it's worth it again.
* Create a new Facebook Application and try those keys, just to be sure. There's been one case in about 3 years where Facebook truly seems to have generated bad keys that just didn't work. It's possible you're case #2
* In the Configuration -> Facebook section, set the "Disable SSL Verification" setting to "Yes" and see if that helps.

Hopefully something there will get you going, but if not, just let us know.

Thanks,
Alex
