Request for assistance configuring SourceCoast

I'm totally lost with this SourceCoast software. It's been several days that I try to configure it properly but nothing to do, I do not.

I said that I have an active account. The error message that appears on the screen when I want to configure SourceCoast: Error
Your Subscriber ID Was Not Associated with an active subscription JFBConnect.

Honestly, I do not know what to do to run this software.

Can you help me please and tell me what is the problem?

Why the software does not work?
