Hi Alex - I have JFBCRequests published in the main menu (is 'Invite') and in the footer of evert page here: entrusters.com

The facebook modal pops up on click as it's supposed to. I can select users to invite, but nothing arrives with the user.

I have checked all the settings and ssl is working as it should (entrusters.com). The facebook canvas page is loading correctly at apps.facebook.com/entrusters

...but no requests are sent. Can you help?

Any thoughts on this, Alex?

Do you have any known conflicts with cloudflare and requests out of interest?

This is quite urgent for my client (and hence me).

Thanks!

Sorry for the delayed response. We don't have any known issues with Cloudflare. Many of our user use it, as do we.

I just went to your site.. *beautiful site* by the way.. I really like the layout and design. I found the Invite at the bottom and sent myself an invitation. Below is the image from my 'receiving' account, which is exactly as I'd expect:
File Attachment:

That's the normal behavior and it seems to be working as expected there.

Can you please make sure when you send the invites that:
a) You click the "invite" button to the right of each user and
b) Hit the blue "Done" button after you've selected the recipients

I hope that helps, but if you still have issues, just let me know.

Thanks,
Alex

Thanks - it's a custom design I have been working on, built on warp. (Bit of spotify.com influence ;-)

I tracked the issue down - the requests are being sent, however when the request is clicked it takes the user to a blank canvas app page, which won't load because of non-secure content. Is there any way of directing users to the actual site, rather than the canvas page, when they click the invtation in facebook. Cleaning the entire site up to not make any non-https requests will take ages.

Awesome! Glad to hear you found the issue. I was a bit clueless as to what was going wrong.

If you run into anything else, or have any other suggestions or feedback, just let me know.

Thanks,
Alex
