I solved this problem by entering source cast subscription ID. Another problem occur:
1. on Facebook Application Configuration i got error :"Facebook API Error: (#100) Top-level domains are not allowed" , which setting i done wrong ? your apps doesn't give a clue where the specific point i need to fix.

2. At that moment, i working on localhost, i thought the problem because on localhost, i move to live server buat the main problem still occur. Another problem i have is the JFBConnect Recommendation still using my localhost' setting , how to reset this ?

Thanks

Sorry for the confusion. We're working on improving the Autotune flow altogether to make it clearer. It's a great tool and does ease things, but when there's an issue, it can be more difficult than it should be to find the problem.

1. on Facebook Application Configuration i got error :"Facebook API Error: (#100) Top-level domains are not allowed" , which setting i done wrong ? your apps doesn't give a clue where the specific point i need to fix.

That error is coming from Facebook directly. We submit all of your settings and they returned that message. Usually, the message is a lot clearer as to what setting is incorrect and I haven't seen that one before though. From your #2 point, you're on localhost, which makes me think you tried to set your App Domain to "localhost". That's not valid and that setting should be left blank when you're in a development environment like that.

2. At that moment, i working on localhost, i thought the problem because on localhost, i move to live server buat the main problem still occur. Another problem i have is the JFBConnect Recommendation still using my localhost' setting , how to reset this ?

JFBConnect will cache the recommendations it sets up for a period of time. To get the latest, hit the "Refresh" button in the top menu bar. That should get the new recommendations based on your current environment.

I hope that helps, but if not, please let us know.

Thanks,
Alex
