I get this error when I tried to log with facebook/jfbconnect
Catchable fatal error: Argument 1 passed to SocialStreamTemplate::setMood() must be an instance of SocialTableMood, string given, called in administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/story/story.php on line 253 and defined in /administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/stream/template.php on line 253

Is there a quick fix for this?

Thanks
Robert

Please upgrade to JFBConnect v6.0.3. There are numerous updates in that release for the EasySocial 1.2 release.

If you still have issues after that upgrade, just let us know, and we'll gladly help investigate.

Thanks,
Alex

Just so you know, I just merged your previous JLinked subscription into your existing JFBConnect subscription. The combined subscription now ends in December of this year instead of July as it was before.

No problem. The setMood error you're seeing is actually a fatal error in EasySocial in general. The new release of JFBConnect simply works around that problem (and some other issues and updates to their functionality). We've reported a few things to them that will be in ES 1.2.4 (or some other minor version down the road).

Keep us posted, and best of luck!

Glad to be of help, as always... and very happy to hear that 6.0.3 does what we expect of it :D

Of course, should you run into anything else or need any other assistance, just let us know.

Finally, if you haven't already (or haven't done recently), please consider leaving a rating and review for JFBConnect, or our support, on the Joomla Extension Directory. It certainly isn't required, but is very appreciated:

Thanks,
