JFBConnect can't add those buttons automatically. You'd need to modify the template files for Kunena to add the Like/Share buttons. It's a pretty easy thing to do, you just need to add the tag {JFBCLike} to the template file for Kunena (or anywhere on your site you want the Like button) and it will appear.
One thing to note about the Like/Share button is that it's not generally recommended to use it multiple times on the same page. Each Like button is associated with a URL, so if you have multiple Like buttons, there's not usually a way to indicate the Like is for an individual post.. only the whole thread. Additionally, loading the Like button 5-10 times on the same page will cause a slowdown in overall page load time as each button renders. It shouldn't be drastic, but isn't perfect for the user experience.
I'd recommend investigating the JFBCSocialShare module and assigning it to a module position that shows within your Kunena menu item. That can 'float' all the sharing buttons to a side of the screen so they are always showing and will work for every thread, making it easier for users to share your content.
It's just a suggestion though, if you would prefer something else, or need help with the above, just let us know.
Thanks,
Alex
