Google+ Sign In Not Working

I keep getting the following error message when I try to log in with Google+ :

Error: redirect_uri_mismatch
The redirect URI in the request: tattooconnect.net/social/index.php?optio...&provider=google did not match a registered redirect URI

I know I have input the correct client ID and secret key, but I still keep getting this error. This is the second API I have created for the google+ login and neither of them works. Please help. Thanks.
