We haven't tested on Joomla 3.0.x in a long time. It's possible there's a conflict or issue we're not aware of. Can you please upgrade your site to at least Joomla 3.1 (which is still over a year old) or, preferably, Joomla 3.2.3, which is the latest release.
You shouldn't have any issues on the newer versions of Joomla. Joomla 3.0.x has multiple security issues and known bugs. It's not recommended to be using that release on any production sites.
