Hello

I have been having random error ( not all the time) while trying to login with JFBConnect.

This is not happening all the time. Run autotune = everything is ok

Given URL is not allowed by the Application configuration.: One or more of the given URLs is not allowed by the App's settings. It must match the Website URL or Canvas URL, or the domain must be a subdomain of one of the App's domains.

Any suggestion where to look to solve this issue?

Thank you

I'd suggest re-running the Autotune configuration tool. In the Facebook App section, make sure you click the "Refresh" button and make sure all of your settings are correct.

If that doesn't help, can you let me know a little more about when you see that error message? Is there a specific page it happens on more often? Is that message in the Javascript error console, or in the popup that normally asks for credentials, or somewhere else?

Anything you can provide to help us narrow things down will help us figure out a solution faster.

Thanks,
Alex

Hmmm.. Not sure. Autotune should make sure your settings are setup properly and that message shouldn't show. The only time we've seen that is if another Facebook extension is running on the same page and re-initializing the Facebook app with a different key.. which means the application with that key may not be setup properly.

I don't see another FB library inclusion on your home or login page (that you pictured above), but an extension can be loading it dynamically through Javascript and we're just missing it.

Here are my suggestions:
1) Check if you have any other extensions with Facebook integration. If so, try to disable them and test again.
2) In the JFBConnect -> Configuration -> Facebook tab, set "Show 'Login Credentials' in popup" to "No". That will use a redirection to Facebook for authentication which won't use Javascript. That will narrow things down as to whether it's a App configuration problem or a conflict with another extension.

I hope that helps,
Alex
