There is a bug report on Facebook (that I can't find right now, unfortunately) about a similar issue with the comment box. It appears there are some issues leaving comments when you are logged into Facebook as the administrator of the application you're using on your site. If you are logged into Facebook.com as a 'normal' user who isn't the administrator of your app, things should be working normally. Obviously, please test with a different account and let us know. There are multiple weird things that seem to be happening (over the last month) when an admin leaves a comment on their own site. In general, the comments still work, the behavior after clicking the Comment button seems to be erratic though.
