Error: Could not fetch page was created by franklau

Hi,

I am using Joomla 3.15.
After installing JFBC 5.2.2, I do the error check and it displays the following message:

JFBConnect Remote Error Check
Checks performed on: hongkongdomainshop.com/
Error: Could not fetch page. Server returned:

Error Code: 503 - Unknown Error

If you unsure why you are seeing this error, please contact us and we can help.

If you are having issues, please ensure your Facebook Application does not have the "Sandbox Mode" setting enabled. You can check that setting in the Facebook Application Area in the "Basic" section.

Your site is currently offline. In that case, it can't be remotely fetched and throws a 503 error code. If you want to use the remote error checker, please disable Offline Mode, temporarily.

You don't need to open the site for me. You just need to turn off the "Offline Mode" setting while you run the Autotune Error Checker tool. Once you run the tool and it performs its scans, you can put your site back in Offline Mode. It should only need to be 'online' for about a minute or 2 total.

If you still get an error from the Error Check tool when your site is online, let us know the new message and we'll gladly investigate further.
