The error message is why the HTML is showing in the page like that. You need to enable the JFBCSystem plugin for all JFBConnect functionality to work. There are other plugins that JFBConnect uses for different features as well. You can go to the Site Check section of Autotune to see all the main plugins and their status (published/unpublished).

I hope that helps,
Alex

I'm not sure what would be causing that issue then. Look at the output HTML on your site, there is no indication that the JFBCSystem plugin is enabled, which is very strange. Something seems to be preventing our plugin from operating as it should. The only other guess I'd have is that the JFBCSystem plugin is set to something *other* than "Public" so that it's not executing for guests, as it should.

If that's not the case, can you private message me admin credentials for site, and we'll gladly look into it further? You can PM me by clicking the mail icon under my name to the left.

Thanks,
Alex

Something very abnormal is occurring on your site. It seems like the onAfterRender system plugin call is never being executed. Have you altered anything in the core Joomla code?

Looking through your other system plugins, you also have a Google Analytics plugin that should be inserting a analytics ID on the page. I'm not seeing that either, which means that more than just JFBConnect is affected.

I'd highly recommend re-installing Joomla (just overwriting the existing files with the full package) to make sure there have been no unknown alterations to your code. Beyond that, it could be a plugin or other extension that's preventing that function call from executing.

Please let me know if that helps narrow things down.

Daniel,
Awesome! Very glad to hear you found the cause. I wouldn't have ever guessed that as the cause. Not sure what that plugin is doing, but it definitely doesn't seem right and likely causing conflicts with other extensions.

Finally, if you haven't already, please consider leaving a rating and review for JFBConnect, or our support, on the Joomla Extension Directory. It certainly isn't required, but is very appreciated:

Either way, should you need anything else, just let us know, and good luck!
