registration PROBLEM

everything is set to automatic registration, but it still asks for a confirmation, I do not understand

Automatic registration isn't working because JFBConnect is unable to fetch the email address for the user from Facebook. When that happens, it will automatically fallback to the form-based registration mode.

I'm not sure why the email address can't be retrieved though. Do you have any other Facebook integration extensions installed on your site? It's possible there's a conflict occurring that's preventing our component from fetching the information we need from Facebook.

some user facing page has a "sql error"

Can you let me know what the SQL error message says? That will help narrow down what is actually happening.

One other thing I meant to mention is that your home page seems to reload about 10 times before it finally renders in my browser. I don't think this is related to JFBConnect at all, but something that should be pointed out. It makes the full load of the page take more than 30s and is very jarring for trying to get into the site.

Please hit the "Refresh" button in the top menu area of Autotune. Facebook changed how remote configuration of apps works and you need to re-fetch the Application information to be able to properly save updated values.

If you're seeing that message it means that Joomla simply can't communicate with your database. That would indicate server or Joomla configuration issue and is not something we can help or fix within JFBConnect.

If you're seeing that error message only sometimes, it could be an indication that your server is losing connections and starting/stopping services randomly. That would obviously cause lots of erratic behavior on the site.

Please let me know if you're only seeing this problem within JFBConnect, or in other parts of your site.
