After I log in, in the My Dowloads page, there is no download. The "My Downloads" page just show the generic front page with my subscription ID and the bunch of Q&A statement. Is the website a little misconfigured?
I apologize for the confusion. Our download area had some (obvious) issues last night. We believe they should all be resolved now, but should you still be running into issues, just let us know.
