I have gone through the tutorial on this.

I have used verb read on fb app, object Article.

I have created both objects and an action to read those objects.

If i use a button {JFBCAction id=2 text=FollowAction}, the popup "Post To Time Line" opens as it should. but nothing arrives on the fb page.

I also tried the page load, but a new page did not trigger any action within the page load time 0 seconds.

I also connected in with a test user. Again, the popup "Post to time line", but nothing appears on timeline.

timelines are public

i think jfbc is correctly configured.. what's missing at the fb app developer end please.

thanks.

I have used verb read on fb app, object Article.

The action type for a read action should be 'news.reads', not just 'read'. Also, make sure you have checked the box for "Built-in FB Action".

I also tried the page load, but a new page did not trigger any action within the page load time 0 seconds.

You should set the timer to at least 10 seconds, per Facebook's requirements that there is a strong indication that the user is reading the page.

If that's still not working, please post screen shots of your Action and Object configuration in JFBConnect and we'll gladly help investigate what else may be wrong.

Thanks,
Alex
