I'm not sure why that's happening. Do you have a Firewall or other security extension enabled on your site that may be blocking our URLs?

Alternatively, I'd recommend going into whatever SEF extension you're using and having it 'skip' SEF URL generation for Facebook URLs. The URL above looks like it probably will work, but it's different than what Joomla SEF URLs would create and I don't know exactly how it's getting parsed or what the 500 error would be coming from.

In sh404, go to Configuration -> General -> By Component and set JFBConnect to 'leave as non-sef'. Try that and let me know how it goes.
