The file that string is in is /language/en_GB/en-GB.plg_socialprofiles_jomsocial.ini It looks like we're not properly loading that file as a fallback in case you don't have the correct language file for your site already made. What you should do is copy that file to /language/it_IT/it-IT.plg_socialprofiles_jomsocial.ini and edit it there.

Once created and updated, all previous posts will automatically be updated as well.

I hope that helps, but please let us know how it goes.

Thanks,
Alex

as i dont have en-GB.plg_socialprofiles_jomsocial.ini in the language directory .
i created it and created an arabic version of the file ar-AA.plg_socialprofiles_jomsocial.ini
and still nothing has changed

Ok ..
got it.. seems that you have mistakenly put the file in the administrator/language/en-GB
all works now.

Sorry about that. You are correct, the file is in /administrator/language/en_GB/en-GB.plg_socialprofiles_jomsocial.ini That's where Joomla stores the language files for all plugins, even if they operate on the front-end.

Glad you found it though, and if you have any other questions, just let us know.

Finally, if you haven't already, please consider leaving a rating and review for JFBConnect, or our support, on the Joomla Extension Directory. It certainly isn't required, but is very appreciated:

Awesome. Glad that got it working for you and thanks for pointing out that problem. We'll include a 'fallback' to the English language string in the future to prevent this from happening to other users.
