Got the following error when I try to install kunena plugin:
Not Acceptable
An appropriate representation of the requested resource /administrator/index.php could not be found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Never heard of that message before. Do other plugins install properly, or do they all have issues?
That message usually means that a firewall or some other security extension has kicked in and is preventing the upload. There's no reason that should be the case though. Do you have any security extensions for Joomla or Apache firewalls (mod_security) enabled? If so, can you check the logs for those tools to see if they are preventing the upload for some reason?

Yeah, I've installed other plugins without any issues, checked but couldnt find mod_security installed, so I just uploaded it manualy and installed from url.
Problem solved but got another, will be open new topic for that shortly.
Strange. Not sure what's up with that plugin and have *never* heard of that problem when installing our plugins. There's some other times that firewalls can kick in though... it actually seems a little random
