YES!! Re-installing worked perfectly. I should have uninstalled 5.0.1 completely and installed 5.0.2 fresh.

Your customer service is the best by far over every other Joomla extension. This is why I am a previous customer who keeps coming back. I purchased the complete social bundle and am excited to try the Linkedn along with Facebook.

So glad to hear that got you going. I apologize again for the installation run-around of one extension needing to be installed last. It's something we try very hard to test and ensure doesn't cause problems, but there will always be a bug somewhere.. you just happened to hit it :)

I had to turn off the JFBConnect (Facebook) again. Performed a Joomla update 3.1.5 and several issues prevented the site from loading. Made changes to JomSocial per their instructions and now the Facebook connect button is not going through the entire process of logging into or creating an account. Linkedn is still functioning.

I performed the routine you stated which solved the previous issue by reinstalling 5.0.2 but still having issues.

As a result, I have temporarily disabled both the Facebook and Linkedn buttons and opted back to the JomSocial solution until this can be resolved.

The JomSocial FB button works and is posting activity back onto Facebook.

Can you go back into my admin account and look to see what the issue is? I looked at mootools, scripts, cache settings, etc. Nothing seems to completely the authentication.

I just tried to login to the admin area, but it's not accepting the credentials you sent to me on 7/29. Can you check that those are valid and/or resend new ones?

As for the currently problem, you mention a few things.. "several issues prevented the site from loading" and "Facebook connect button is not going through the entire process of logging into or creating an account". Were all those things related to JFBConnect, or did other extensions have issues when you upgraded?

Also, for the 'not creating an account' bit, were there any error messages or anything else that you can tell us was happening? That will help us narrow things down much quicker.
