We just posted Beta2 of the release for Joomla 3.0. This release should work on sites that have been migrated from 2.5, new installations or installs that were using the Beta1. We have extra checks and logic to fix the issues from Beta1 in this release, so you should just be able to install over the top of Beta1.

Please do not uninstall beta1 first. Our installer needs to know that you were on Beta1 when installing (so it can fix some of the issues with Beta1). If you uninstall it, Beta2 probably will have issues too.

Very sorry you ran into issues before.. and we're glad we called it a beta We tested the heck out of it, but with a brand new release for a new Joomla, odd things are bound to happen. It should be very stable, believe it or not. Of course, if you run into anything else, just let us know.

I'm not sure why you'd be seeing that issue. The beta3 has fixed that problem for other users.

Did you see any errors appear during the installation process?

If not, can you try/tell me the following:
* Re-install the component. You don't need to uninstall first. Not any error messages you see.
* Go to Extensions -> Extension Manager. In the "Type" filter, select "Libraries". You should see "SourceCoast Extensions Library" in the main area. Make sure it's enabled and the version is 2.0.0.
* Check the /libraries/sourcecoast directory and make sure there is a utilities.php file and that it has some code in it (not empty).

Let me know if any of the above seems out of the ordinary. Beyond that, we'd need access to the admin area of your site to investigate further.
