I see that your account does have a subscription, so it sounds like you may be inputting the wrong subscription ID. Please navigate on sourcecoast.com to My Account > My Profile. It is listed on the righthand side. Is this the value that you are entering?

Thanks... I was using wrong ID. You list a Subscription ID on Customer information details... confusing.

Anyway ... I got it installed now and Autotuned..

I've added Like and Share successfully.

How can I control the image or at least image size that gets shared on Facebook?

Look at screenshot and see oversized 360 Logo ... How can I scale or change this image?

Thanks for your help.

Yes, the image preview on the post is controlled by Open Graph tags. You can set these in a couple different ways as described here .

* If you would like JFBConnect to generate the tags for your articles using the content from the article, then you can simply enable the 'Open Graph - Content' plugin.
* If you'd like more control over which images/descriptions are chosen, I'd suggest you create an Open Graph object or use the easy tags. How to do this is described in that link.
* If you'd like a standard image across all pages on your site, you can use the JFBConnect backend > Social Meta > Configuration area and set the "Defaults" option.

Please note, that any changes to open graph tags to existing pages requires Facebook to re-scrape the article. You can manually do this at developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/ or wait for Facebook to scrape again.

Thanks for all your help.

I desire to have the following on every share.

In your Social Meta
I add code below and save in Configuration but it disappears upon save.

If I select Object / New not sure what to select if I want the following on every page. I use very few articles. Mostly custom stuff. So what do I add and where on the new custom?

The format that you added to the defaults is incorrect. You don't have to add the whole metatag. Add it like the following:
og:title=Pickleball 360
og:image=https://www.pickleball360.com/logos/Pickleball360_TM_500.png
og:description=Pickleball From Every Angle, Ben Johns Pickleball training, Collin Johns, Dekel Bar, Pickleball Training videos, Pickleball Community Website, Pickleball Store, Pickleball Blog

If you want the same on every page, I'd suggest just using the Defaults and not an object. An object is meant for if you want to set up things for different categories or you want to grab images from the article automatically. Since you want to hardcode it, it doesn't sound like you need that complexity.

Any other steps for this to work?

Thanks for holding my hand!!!

The tags should be on the page immediately. If you check the source, are they there? (or you can provide a URL and I can look). If you're posting new articles, they should be picked up right away. If it's an existing article, it needs to be re-scraped by Facebook. My directions to manually re-scrape are in an above post.

No problem. That's what we're here for :) JFBConnect has grown over the years, so there are quite a few different pieces of functionality to configure.

In your image, at the bottom is a setting for "Disable all Open Graph Tags". That should be set to 'No' or else JFBConnect won't set any Open Graph tags on your site :D That's mainly useful if your template or other extensions are trying to set Open Graph tags as well and you'd prefer to use those other extensions to manage tags.

Thanks,
Alex
