Topic-icon Can't display Social Stream on our site

Hello,
We've just installed JFBConnect and try to configure it in order to use the Social Stream feature. But we can't figure it out how it works.
We have created the Facebook app, we have created the Facebook channel, we have created the SCSocial Stream module but can't display it on homepage.
Probably there is a problem with the user. We can't find a user to connect him in channel owner field. Or probably the problem is somewhere else.
Could you help us please with this?

It sounds like you're very close if you've taken all the steps you note above. The points missing are authenticating a Facebook user that owns the Page you want to show in the stream. The process should look like:
* Enable the SCLogin module
* Use the 'Facebook' login button in that module and authenticate with the Facebook user that owns your Page. Accept the permissions request.
* In the Channels area, select the user from above.
* On the front-end, log out and login with Facebook one more time. Additional permissions will be asked of the user to access Pages they manage.
* Finish setting up the Channel and SCSocialStream module

I hope that helps, but if you need anything else, please let me know.

Thanks,
Alex

Hello!
Thank you for your help.
We've managed to display a user (super user) in Channel Owner though we didn't asked for any permissions. Also the following error message has been displayed. So, probably there must be an issue with permissions. But we can't figure it out what to fix it.
Please, view the following screenshot.

Also when we log out and try to log in again with Facebook, the following message is being displayed: "URL not loading: The domain of this URL is not included in the application domains. To be able to load this URL, add all the domains and subdomains of your application to the application domain from the application settings."

Also, we don't know if all these problems have something to do with the fact that in Autotune, some Tabs are red and although we try to change it, they don't change.

Something is definitely strange. It sounds like you were able to authenticate at least once with Facebook if you're able to see an account in the channels area. Users only show up there if they've managed to login with Facebook. Because of that, I'm unsure why you'd then be getting a separate error about your domain being incorrect.

Can you:
* In Autotune, click the 'Refresh' button in the top left and make sure all the settings on the Application tab are still correct. You can ignore the red tabs.
* Let me know the URL you've configured the SCLogin module at so I can see/test there.
* Set your Application into 'Live Mode' in the developers.facebook.com/ area and test again (that will be necessary for me to test as well)

If you don't want to share URLs here, no problem. Please click the mail icon under my name to the left to send me a private message.

Thanks,
Alex
