First, can you try to save the module? That will attempt to repopulate the list. Any change?

If not,
* Is this a new instance of the module or are you editing an existing one? If an existing one, does the same behavior happen on a new one?
* Can you turn on Joomla's Error Reporting to Development and see if there are any errors displayed in the module
* What version of JFBConnect, Joomla and PHP are you running?

We haven't been seeing this with the latest version from anyone else, so we'll definitely need more information from you.

Hello Melissa,

Thanks for your reply!

I have checked by installing in the fresh Joomla site with following versions:
Joomla => 3.9.19 & 3.9.20
PHP => 7.0 & 7.3
JFBConnect => 8.4.3

I have just installed and went on to see the module to configure it, but I could not see the list of providers. I have also tried to save the module but still no luck.
Also I have checked by setting Error Reporting to Development, I could not see any errors displayed in the module.

Could you send us admin credentials to check this out? You can use the envelope icon under my avatar to send a private message. There is some javascript that happens to populate the form, so something could be blocking it. Are there any console errors or warnings? Without seeing the behavior in action, this is one of those issues where it's pretty hard to diagnose.

[Edited to Add] Can you tell us which plugins you have enabled for JFBConnect?

Thank you for the credentials. Your 'System - JFBCSystem' plugin was not enabled. This plugin is necessary for the functionality of JFBConnect to work. I have enabled it for you and verified that the provider list is populated in the SCSocialWidget module now.

Let us know if you run into any other issues that you need help with.

Thanks! Its working now. In my case the plugin was already enabled as I have installed latest version over the older one, so I had to enable-disable it once then it worked.
