Error: Information is required about your Application for Open Graph to function. Please run Autotune configuration tool. to fetch your settings.

That error means that all steps of Autotune haven't been run or saved their information properly. Can you do the following in the Autotune area:
* Go to the FB App section and hit the 'Refresh' button in the menu bar
* Go to the Network Settings area and fetch the latest settings there as well

After that, check to see if you get the same error. If so, we'll need to investigate why Autotune isn't fetching the latest network details for connecting to each social network, which could explain why the auto-posting isn't functioning.

Thank you for trying JFBConnect. I just processed your refund request. I'm sorry that we weren't able to get you going easily enough. The channels and auto-posting feature is one of our more intricate features of JFBConnect and Facebook frequently updates this functionality causing lots of hiccups. We plan on focusing on simplifying and adding to our channels functionality in an upcoming release, so keep us in mind for the future.
