Hi Guys,

I'm getting an error message when trying to login using Facebook, VK. The login is working, however, I'm getting an error message: " Error: The product is no longer available". The avatar of the user is not loading. In the back end, when trying to do Erro Check, I'm getting a message that subscription is not found, even though the subscription is still active and SourceCoast Subscriber ID is correct. See attached picks.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

There was an issue with the Error Check tool where it returned an incorrect response even when a subscription is active. We have resolved this issue and you should be able to use the tool without any further problems.

I missed the other part of your question above. Can you explain further as to what you are doing and when you see the issue in the post above?

* Are you logging in with Facebook or VK?
* If you set the "Returning User Redirection" setting in JFBConnect to another page, does it work? That error may be because you are redirecting to a page (a product page?) that isn't published or accessible to the user.

Any other details you can provide will really help us understand what is going on and help us investigate further.
