Agreement to Privacy Policy + Terms of Use when at Social Registration

It shouldn't show it on the login side of the page on our login/register page. I tried to visit your page, but there is an .htaccess restriction, which prevents me from trying to test and see what you're seeing. Can you either include an image of where you're seeing the boxes incorrectly, or Private Message the htaccess credentials so we can test? You can private message us by clicking the mail icon under my name to the left.

For conveniance it is maybe good to get a login shown DURING registration but from my point of view it is irritating and unwanted.

You can choose to disable the Login side of the view in the JFBConnect - Configuration area. If you do that though, if a user tries to login with a social network and they already have a Joomla account on your site, they'd only be able to create another Joomla account, since they wouldn't be able to login to the existing account to associate the social network with it.
