Yeah, that's normal when the user can't be saved normally. The Sync Users button is CB's way of letting you pull existing Joomla user's into CB, but it's definitely not something you want to have to do regularlyHowever not all bad news because I found pressing "Synchronize users" in CB Tools, the user is then correctly added to the Community Builder's user list. Clicking on the user profile then works fine and the CB Profile is displayed. Therefore I am wondering if this issue is something that I have simply overlooked?
