No Facebook login with Handy App

I'm unsure what problem you're having. Can you help explain it more?

When you log in with Facebook, a popup may appear to let the user authenticate and approve your website with Facebook. If you are logging into the site again, you may see the popup flash quickly and then disappear. We can't stop that popup from appearing and then hiding.

You may want to try changing the "Show 'Login Credentials' in popup" setting to 'No' in the JFBConnect -> Configuration -> Facebook area. That will use a different way to login that doesn't show a popup at all and may work better for you.
