I have still the same problem (like in my previous post)

JFBCSystem plugin not enabled, but it's enabled in the joomla backend.
JFBConnect Remote Error Check
Checks performed on: https://www.glansbeton.be/

Warning: Issues were found with your site. Please check all tests below and correct any warnings or errors.

    Test: JFBCSystem plugin is enabled
Fail: Not Detected! Please enable in the Site Config area of Autotune or in the Joomla plugin manager.

If the JFBCSystem plugin is enabled, but you still get this error, please check:
Your site is not in Offline Mode. If so, turn your site Online and re-run the Error Checker.
If you have a 'mobile template', disable it and re-test
Some templates have their own Facebook integration, and actively try to remove other Facebook extensions files. Try a different template.

No further tests can be run until fixed.

When I attempt to log in on FB, I get the following error in the FB login dialog:

Can't Load URL: The domain of this URL isn't included in the app's domains. To be able to load this URL, add all domains and subdomains of your app to the App Domains field in your app settings.

In your Facebook app on developers.facebook.com > Settings > Basic, make sure you have a valid value for the "App Domains" setting. You can also go into Autotune in the backend to check to see what we recommend for this setting value.

Hi Mel,

Thanks for you're reply, but this is not working. I did first the autotune.

The domain that was suggested by the tool was also imported in facebook. Here you can see the two screenshots out of JFBconnect autotune:

Please go into the Facebook App area and click into your app. In the App Domains area, please make sure both the domains listed below are there:
glansbeton.be
www.glansbeton.be

I hope that helps get you going, but if not, let us know and we'll gladly help investigate further.

Thanks,
Alex

We're investigating one other case where a user is reporting a similar issue. We haven't heard of this before, butt are investigating.

In your Facebook App area that you pictured above, can you confirm that you have the "Facebook Login" section enabled under Products on the left column. In the settings area for that, make sure that at least the following settings are enabled:
Client OAuth Login
Web OAuth Login
And that the Valid OAuth Redirect URIs setting has both:

glansbeton.be/index.php?option=com_jfbco...ck&provider=facebook
https:// www.glansbeton.be/index.php?option=com_j...ck&provider=facebook

Let us know if anything is out of whack and if you change anything how it goes.

Thanks,
Alex
