Of the 3 sites, 2 have the URL error when logging in with Facebook. The "s" site does stream Facebook posts into the module. So I forgot about the login error since that was all I was trying to do with it.

These sites seem to be set up the same as the "n" site that is working correctly. I am able to post to Facebook on it and the Facebook channel has the Facebook Page in the dropdown.

All three Facebook apps were created in the same account that is attempting to login.

I'm at a loss as to what could be happening here. It's not something we've heard of before. It's very strange that normal login with the popup works, but the extended popup where the user is redirected to Facebook for additional permissions fails.

Can you go to the Facebook Developer Area , go into your app -> Roles area and add the following ID as a "Developer":
1251253607

Let me know when you've done that and I'll look at your app settings to see if something is screwey there.

Also, one final question: Did you create this app just for this site, or did you already have the app and change some of the values (or use Autotune) for the site you're using it on?

Thanks,
Alex

Thank you for your persistence. I have added you as a developer for all 3 apps. I believe the app that works, the one for the "n" site was old and reused for this purpose. The other 2 were created for this purpose.

Alright.. I think things are working right for you now on all your sites. Please test :) The issue looks to be that the "Valid OAuth Redirect URIs" setting was not set at all. That should be the URL that the user is sent back to after they authenticate your app. That setting is now required for all apps, but older apps (like your 'n' app) still have the option available (Use Strict Mode for Redirect URIs) to not require it to be set.

The Autotune app *should* set this setting for you automatically, which it doesn't seem to have done. I've set them for you in the s and b app though and things should work. Of course, if you run into issues, let me know or double check that I entered the URL correctly. Also, if your site is accessible in various ways (like with or without www and with or without http / https, you should enter all those variations as options).

I hope that helps, but should you need anything else, please let us know.

Thanks,
Alex

Yes, that worked Alex. Thank you! I set up a fourth site with no problems – except the missing "Valid OAuth Redirect URIs" which I was able to provide.

Thanks for letting us know that worked. We'll investigate Autotune further to understand why the redirect URLs may not being set properly.

If you do run into anything else though, just let us know!

Thanks,
Alex
