I installed and configured the software. It worked once and now the login button no longer works. I know it is probably something I did wrong but I am have no clue what it was.

I just used Facebook to login to your site. Right when I did, I was redirected to the home page with the following message:

Message
Your account has been created and an activation link has been sent to the email address you entered. Note that you must activate the account by selecting the activation link when you get the email before you can login.

Facebook profile successfully connected.

To me, that looks like it's working. However, you didn't mention which network you're using or how it's not working. Can you describe any more details about what you're trying to do and we'll gladly help investigate things further and get you going.

Thanks,
Alex

I am sorry I didn't make myself clear. What I was referring to was the login button its self. The social buttons work just fine.

Could you please provide more details on how to reproduce this on your page please?

I created a regular Joomla account (not with social credentials), activated it, logged out and was able to log on properly at /index.php?option=com_users&task=login. Are you still having this problem? Is there a specific URL that the behavior occurs on?

Please see attached screenshots. I am referring to YOUR module. Not Joomla's built-in module. Your module is located at the bottom of the page. The social buttons work as intended but the "LOGIN" button does not work.

Thanks. I didn't see the login module on the page originally, which is why I asked for more details.

When I attempt to use the log in button there is a failure in finding SCLogin's otpcheck.php file, which is necessary when Two Factor Authentication is enabled on your site. There is some security extension or htaccess rule that is preventing that file from being loaded. If I directly go to the file at /modules/mod_sclogin/ajax/otpcheck.php, there is a 403 Forbidden page that is loaded.

Mel,
Thank you for looking into my issue. I added the "otpcheck.php" file to the exceptions rules in my htaccess file and now all works as intended.
