I checked the Facebook App settings and it shows me as the administrator and the Developers, Tester, Analytics Users are empty.
Do I need to add myself as one of the other type of users?

Should I create a different app in Facebook?
I did create the first one using a video on your website, but the settings on Facebook are completely different to what you demonstrate on your video.
Maybe I should have a different approach creating the app in Facebook?

That should be what you need to get the permission prompt when you try to login. After you create the Channel, if the Facebook user is an Admin of your Facebook App as well, then when you try to login on the front-end of your site the next time using Facebook, you should be prompted for the additional permissions.

Can you tell me what happens when you try to login on the front-end of your site? If you're not seeing the prompt, go back to the Channel setup area and see if there are any details about permissions that are still required. If not, and the stream is showing at the bottom of the page, you should be good to go.

I hope that helps, but if you still run into issues, just let us know.

Thanks,
Alex
