Hi all, Just installed this and attempted to use the Facebook provider with the login widget, and now getting the error shown in description. Not even able to re-enter the module to adjust settings. Any ideas on this?

Could you give me the exact error that you're seeing? Is this on the front-end of your site when SCSocialWidget is present or the backend when you're trying to edit the module? Which widget did you select in the module? Is there a specific URL where I can see the behavior/error in action?

Hi Melissa, thanks for replying.
As stated above, the selected provider was Facebook, and the widget was login. This is only on the back-end, as the site's front is closed during development. After saving the module, all that shows now when trying to re-open it is the error. I am unable to change any of the settings.

The exact error is:
" An error has occurred.
0 Call to a member function getSystemName() on null "

I could possibly go into the database, and set the module back to its default state, however I'm more interested in figuring out the cause of this error. I doubt it is the module itself, based on what has been read, but likely a conflict with something else.

SOLVED -

As embarrassing as it is to say, I made a rookie mistake. The plugins to the package were not published. As soon as that was rectified, the module began working again.

Sorry to cause trouble, and have a great week ahead!

Hey, I like rookie mistakes because they're easy to fix! We all still make them :) Glad you were able to figure it out on your own, but let me know if you run into any other problems.
