I first got the error while trying to login, which I used to do without any problem until few days ago. Now its throwing below error.

28 Resolving timed out after 10000 milliseconds


I then tried to run Auto Tune hoping to fix and there it said

Error
Facebook API Error: Resolving timed out after 10000 milliseconds
Facebook Application configuration could not be loaded. Please check your App ID and Secret Key


I tried to rest the API key for my app (that working until recently) and tried atuo tune again but got same error

That message means your server is having some sort of connection error with Facebook. "Resolving" means that your server can't translate domain names, like api.facebook.com to it's IP address to communicate with.

I'd recommend contacting your hosting provider to help them narrow down why outgoing requests from your server may not be working.

Please let us know anything you find or if there's anything else we can help with if you think the issue is specific to JFBConnect.
