In the JFBConnect backend > Configuration > General area, there is a setting for 'Enable Social Toolbar' that controls this. When enabled, the toolbar will be displayed when administrators are logged in. Normal users wouldn't see this unless they're in a user group that you've enabled the social toolbar permission for.
