403 error trying to update to 7.2.1

The account you are posting from now does not have an active subscription to JFBConnect. Your subscription looks to have expired a few weeks ago, which is why the automated tool won't install the latest version for you.

To take advantage of new updates, our Autotune automatic configuration tool or support, an active subscription is required.

Actually, we found an issue with the state of your subscription. We've fixed it and it should be properly active. Could you try the updater again and let us know if you continue to have problems?
