Here is the comment from Alejandro after he logged into my site and did some research... any idea why your latest plugin may be causing this issue? Website is:

www.barkleyandpaws.com

Thanks!

Comment from Alejandro below:

Hi

If you disable the JFBC System Plugin then it works correctly. I have JFBC installed on my dev site and this doesn't happen, but I think I have an older version even though it says the version number is the same (the dates don't match). I don't think this is related to JReviews, but more a conflict between wbAMP and JFBC because if you disable the JReviews content plugin, which is the only thing that runs on the listing detail page the issue is still there until you disable JFBC.

Regards,

Alejandro

Hope you don't mind the second post but was just wondering if this is something I would be able to get support for? Thank you!

Sorry I missed this before. I have no idea why you'd be getting a 404 error with the JFBCSystem plugin enabled. I don't know how AMP rendering is being done within jReviews, but it shouldn't cause our extension to behave differently or redirect the user to an incorrect page, obviously.

Can you tell me if the URL is the same when the JFBCSystem plugin is enabled vs disabled? Knowing if it changes can help narrow some things down. We'll probably need FTP access to your site to investigate where things are going south though. If you can send that and super admin credentials to us by PM, that'd be great.

Thanks,
Alex

PM sent with login info for you. The AMP plugin is actually the plugin from weeblr. It does add the /amp to the end of each URL so for example www.barkleyandpaws.com/dogs/eating becomes www.barkleyandpaws.com/dogs/eating/amp

If the JFBC system plugin is disabled and even the jReviews plugin disable it still fails. It was interesting that he said he was running JFBC on his test environment and it was working fine EXCEPT that I had a newer version number.

Thanks again for looking at this for me!

Regards!

Mark

I don't know if this helps you trouble shoot this or not but the 404 error message is "Category not found" ...

Thanks!

Sorry for the delay. I just responded by PM to give you my IP address to investigate further. However, I'm very confused by the following:
If the JFBC system plugin is disabled and even the jReviews plugin disable it still fails.
If the JFBC system plugin is disabled and it still fails, I don't think this is related to JFBConnect. Can you explain more about the setup and how you're testing including when it works and when it doesn't?

Any details will help us investigate a helluva lot faster.

Thanks,
Alex

Sorry for the confusion on my post ... what I meant to say is it ONLY fails if the JFBC system plugin is enabled. If it is disabled then everything works as expected.
I tested it by enabling the weeblr plugin and configuring as instructed (even Alejandro logged in and checked all the settings and confirmed it only fails with the JFBC system plugin enabled - he is the one that actually found the issue for me)...

Also your IP address has been white listed. Thanks very much for your help!

Also you were asking about how to test if this is working. Just go do any article:

www.barkleyandpaws.com/dogs/health/how-t...ol-during-the-summer

and add "/amp" to the end of the URL

www.barkleyandpaws.com/dogs/health/how-t...uring-the-summer/amp

The AMP version should display the AMP template and layout but with the plugin enabled it throws a 404 error that reports "category not found"

Thanks again!

Mark,
Whew... thank you for patience. I did a bit of investigation tonight and was able to get things going. Fortunately, there weren't any code changes necessary, just some shuffling and configuration settings to do it. Here's what I did:
* I moved the JFBCSystem plugin *after* the wbAMP plugin. This got rid of the 404 error because the /amp at the end of the URL was causing some problems for our parsing of the URL.
* After this, the page loaded, but a bunch of JFBConnect Easy-Tags showed on the page, like {JFBCFacebookLike ...}. It was ugly. In the wbAMP plugin, there's an option to disable specific content plugins from loading in the 'Cleanup' section. I used that area to disable the JFBConnect - Content plugin on AMP pages

With that, voila! All seems good! Please test and let me know how it goes, but the changes seemed pretty benign, so hopefully it's smooth sailing from here.

Thanks,
Alex
