Importing facebook user profile photo to Joomla profile.

The standard "User - Profile" plugin for Joomla does not have an avatar field. Could you please explain in further detail what you mean?

Looking at the source on your page for editing a profile, that looks like a third-party extension com_djclassifieds you're using for profiles, not the standard Joomla user profile system as you stated. We do not currently support importing social profile data/avatar into DJClassifieds. I can add it as a potential feature into our issue tracker, but don't have a timeframe on when that would be.

JFBConnect uses the Joomla plugin system to integrate with 3rd party extensions to import profile data. In the /plugins/socialprofiles directory, you can see a few that would have been installed with JFBConnect. There are others in the installer zip file that include avatar import.

I'd recommend looking at the K2 plugin as it's one of the simplest. The setAvatar function is what is used to set the avatar in whatever extension the plugin is integrated with.

JFBConnect imports into JomSocial, so if DJClassifieds can use that, I'd expect it should work.
