I bought this extension two years ago but never used. When I am trying to use I get the above error. However your payment terminology states:
When your subscription expires, you can continue using JFBConnect indefinitely.
So what gives?

Yes! Our extensions will continue working after your subscription expires. Once expired, you will lose access to new releases, support and the use of our auto-configuration tools.

Yes you can continue using JFBConnect after your subscription is over. The error you're receiving usually comes when you're using Autotune in the background, which is the auto-configuration tool for FB apps that requires a subscription. If you're seeing this error in a different area of JFBConnect, please let me know.
