What is the permission that's showing in the popup that you see?

In general though, that popup will show you permissions that you haven't gone through the review process for. However, the *only* people that will see that message in the login popup is admins of your app. Normal, non-admins trying to login will not see that message. It's only for admins to let you know that normal users won't be asked for whatever permission hasn't gone through review, but it won't prevent the standard permissions from being asked.
