I bought this product a few months ago and managed (after some frustration) to figure out how to set up the channels to display our facebook user group on my website.
However, a few weeks ago, the channels just stopped displaying data and when I check out the channel I see the error:
Facebook API Error: Error validating access token: The session has been invalidated because the user changed their password or Facebook has changed the session for security reasons.
The selected user has not granted the "user_managed_groups" permission. Please have them login on the front-end of the site and accept the correct permission.
I have granted the user_managed_groups permission, and I've followed your instructions inside and out, and I've even installed the product on a second website which also has exactly the same problem and I don't know what to do.
I'm not sure if it is related, but even when it was working, any page that had the channel on it was getting a load time lag of 5 to 20 seconds.
When I purchased it, I was using version 7.20, I have
