The following is the error I am getting. I have been working at this trying to figure out what is wrong but have decided to reach out for help.

Error
Facebook API Error: Error validating access token: This may be because the user logged out or may be due to a system error.

Thank you

I sent you a private message with a code change to try which fixes some token problems in 7.2.0 and will be included in the next release (unless I uncover any additional problems with the token code). If you encounter any problems with it or it doesn't fix your issue, please let me know as soon as you can. I'm currently in the testing phase for the next JFBConnect release but expect to be pushing it out in the next few days.

Could you describe when you're seeing the error - e.g. is it with login on the frontend, setting up a channel in the backend, etc? Steps to reproduce? Could you provide a specific URL where I can see the behavior in action?

Hi Mel

I apologize for the delay. Life can get in the way at times..
This happens every time I post an article or update one from the back end.
If you require access just let me know and I will gear you up.
also when logged in we see a menu in the lower right side that says social meta - preview - create post - post activity of which we can not seem to do anything with.

hope you can figure this out

Thanks
Gary

also when logged in we see a menu in the lower right side that says social meta - preview - create post - post activity of which we can not seem to do anything with.

That's the social toolbar. It shows to all admin users by default. You can disable it entirely in the JFBConnect Configuration area if you don't ever want to display it. If it's not working, please turn on the "Include jQuery / Bootstrap" setting in JFBConnect which may clear up some conflicts that could be preventing it from working.

This happens every time I post an article or update one from the back end.

The code update Melissa provided should fix this error, if it's caused by JFBConnect. The release will be out late this week, if our final testing goes well. I'd recommend waiting until the new release is available and testing with it to see if that fixes the issue. If not, we can gladly help investigate the possible problem further to fix the cause.

Thanks,
Alex
