No like buttons on new pages

What kind of pages did you add? JFBConnect can automatically add the sharing buttons to certain extensions, like Joomla Content / Articles and K2. We don't automatically add sharing buttons to all pages.

You can use the JFBCSocialShare module to add sharing buttons to any module position or floating, like in the bottom right of this site. That does work site-wide and may be what you're looking for.
