Hi everybody,

it seems like the FB-Login does not work on my website when sh404 is turned on.
When I turn sh404 off, it works. As soon as I turn sh404 on, it does not work anymore and it does not show any error-message.

You can test it on www.nlp-deutschland.de

Any suggestions?

All the best, Julian!

Can you verify that you're excluding JFBConnect URLs from the routing in SH404? This is necessary as the social networks need to call back to a specific URL.

Hi Melissa,

yes, sh404 is turned to "use joomla router" on the settings for JFB Connect.
The same setting works on my other page. So it should not be that issue.

It works, when I set Easysocial to use the own FB-Login instead of JFB Connect.
So the problem should not be the sh404-settings.

Unfortunatelly, I don´t get any error-messages from JFB. Can they be turned on somehow?

Ok, I found somethin really weired:
JFB Connect is NOT using the configured FB-App. In fact, JFB-Connect tries to connect to a different FB-App then the one configured in the Backend of JFB-Connect.

I wanted to make sure that it´s really JFB Connect which chooses the wrong App. So I activated the SC-Login, which is yours, and used the FB-Login-Button of the JFB-Module. Still the wrong App! And I have no clue how JFB gets the App-ID and the Secret, because bouth of them are really existing.

Do you have any Idea?

All the best, Julian!

In JFBConnect > Configuration > General, there is an option for Logging. Additionally, I would suggest turning on Error Reporting to Development mode in Joomla global configuration area.

Please disable the EasySocial FB functionality and see if the appId that JFBConnect is using is still incorrect. Could you point me to a specific URL where I can see it? It might help at this point to give me admin access so that I can look at the JFBConnect configuration. Once we determine that FB app, then we can look into sh404.

Hi Melissa,

have a look on this page:
www.nlp-deutschland.de/nlp-master

I have activated the SC-Login-Module on the right column, but only on this page. So you can test it.
It´s definitely not the ES-Button because ES uses a different App.
I have one App for ES, one for JFB-Connect and the app used on this button is a third app. And I have no clue where the settings for this third app can be.

I can give you admin-access, but how should I sent it to you?

All the best, Julian!

The following call is loading the erroneous app ID: popup.nlp-deutschland.de/wp-admin/admin-...=off&_=1495551735099. As your site has numerous extensions/is pretty complicated, can you narrow down what this is coming from? We don't know what this is.

Hi Melissa,

sorry my late answer. I did find the code, it was an integration of an external script, so it was definitely not a JFB-Driven thing.
Thank you a lot for the support. Do you want me to pay some money for the support, because I used your support for problem that was not comming from JFB?

All the best, Julian!
