From the page that's working, it looks like you're using the jfbccontent plugin to add the comment boxes. Therefore, could you go into the JFBConnect backend > Social > Content Plugin - Comments tab and try changing the setting for "Show in Article View". I'd like to see if a different position makes any difference on whether it's added properly or not.
