We don't offer paid support.. however, in this case, it's not going to be necessary at all. Facebook recently removed the ability to create custom actions and objects like JFBConnect allows you to setup. Going forward, you can only use actions and objects that are pre-defined by Facebook. If your content and activities on your site fit one of those defined buckets, we could help explain further. However, actions in general don't have as much power as they used too for helping to promote your site.
We're still trying to decide how to handle the new pre-defined only action and object types in JFBConnect and remove the broad customization we had. We're also considering removing the actions capability altogether.
