Purchased JFBConnect 5 months ago. Can't get working with RocketTheme.

The Login | Register links at the top of our page are created by the SCLogin module. We have the module set to create text links instead of normal buttons. However, we do have some additional styles in our template to make the top right module area integrate better with the SCLogin module. You may need to make some style changes to your template to make things look how you want as well.

Another, I wouldn't mind would be displaying the login box nicely horizontally on the top upper right of my site, under top menu perhaps and also a mid-page (right page, perhaps) login & register module.

I'm not really sure what you mean here. If you can provide a picture of what you're looking for, we may be able to help with some styles to get what you're looking for implemented. Honestly though, we're not template designers, so we can give some CSS to get you going, but may not be able to get everything exactly how you want.
