I recently updated JFCconnect to the latest version, since that the site and the sub pages keep refreshing (reloading) automatically. whenever i disable "System - JFBCSystem" everything goes back normally!

When I visit your page and subpages, it acts normally for me. Are you logged into the site at the time? Can you try turning off "Auto Login Facebook Users" and "Show 'Logging In' message" options under the JFBConnect backend > Configuration > Facebook tab to see if there's any improvement?

The issue is when you are logged in to facebook in the same browser, when i disabled auto facebook users log in, the issue went off. in the previous versions i didn't face that issue. do i need to keep it off or there is something i can do it to fix it? Thank you

Please make sure you don't have an extension that is trying to enable browser caching. Things like the System - Page Cache plugin and other optimization extensions can try to enable page caching. If that's enabled, the browser may not detect that the user has actually logged in and then keep trying to re-authenticate them.
